Although some may regard the pattern as rather juvenile, we think that polka dots are timelessly flirty, pretty and currently on-trend. Polka dots are always a big “Do” print-wise as far as the TaiTaiTwins are concerned, so we were indeed pleased to have observed trend-setting labels such as Miu Miu, Marc Jacobs and Stella McCartney bringing the geometric print back in force all over their catwalks this year. One look we’re seeing on many style-savvy starlets lately is the animal print – on dresses, handbags, shoes, scarves, blouses etc. While we acknowledge that these prints are nothing new (we actually had a small style spread on this trend way back in February), we’re totally loving the way fashion frontrunners are working them into their wardrobes.

Accordingly, since we always endeavor to bring you the best deals and style ideas, we're delighted to present the TaiTaiTwins’ try-the-trend animal print inspired “mood board”, where we’ve put together a collage of our picks of the litter:

Animal print can really look great on anyone. It just depends on what you put with it and how you wear it.

If your style is classic, you can throw on a kitty print cardi over an LBD or black pencil skirt. And oh, don't forget the  slick of red lipstick ;) 

If you’re more edgy, try pairing your animal print with bright colors such as hot pink or lime green.

But the easiest—and in our opinion, the best—way to wear animal accents is via accessories. Animal print shoes for example, are a great idea if you prefer to be more subtle. We personally think that animal print ballet flats are so French chic. They give simple monochrome separates an instant punch and we absolutely love it!  So dare to bring out the animal (print) in you as it’s a style staple that’s here to stay, for sure!
